There are two ways to climb the mountain that is from Port Louis on the north side and Moka on the south side.
Most people use the south route since it starts at a higher height. The north path has better views, more shade, and a more gradual rise. It is a much longer trek. There is adequate public transportation at both ends, it is also simple to link the two paths and complete a round trip trek.
